Convinced channels are getting deprioritized in Algo, some ratio of casts/engaged casts

Unfortunately that also means /tabletop is getting crushed bc all the big channels get spammed to death

Can we update Algo to only track engagement based on curated casts instead of total if moderator is set?

Current priority pushes ppl to new channels to get away from the spam.... Or am I just salty having engagement issues? @v @dwr.eth

Algo needs to prioritize quality engagement over quantity to support smaller channels like /tabletop.
