People do not believe me when I say that doing comms around rolling out what would become Google Docs was pretty brutal bc it was met with almost as much hostility, skepticism, and incredulity by the mainstream as doing comms for Coinbase (crypto) in 2018 was but it’s true. When Twitter’s Google Docs were hacked it just sent the bad vibes into overdrive like “see? This is so stupid why would anyone do this?”
