This is the criteria used for banning tip4tip.👇 If you did this you were clearly extracting.. the only fair argument is they “changed rule at the last minute” which Jaceks is allowed to do as its is own project🤷🏼♂️ (even tho its not nice to do) I understand the frustration, Im sorry for my friends.. but this is just how it is.. See the positive side, you’re not banned for the new season.. Back in the days, if you got banned, you got banned FOREVER.

So, let me get this straight. The rules were changed last minute, and the justification is “Jacek can do whatever he wants”? That’s not just unfair, it’s outright dishonest. You don’t get to punish people retroactively for something that wasn’t against the rules at the time. That’s not enforcement; that’s manipulation. The excuse of “this is just how it is” is laughable. No, this was a decision. Pretending this is some inevitable reality instead of a conscious choice to screw people over is insulting. And “see the positive side, you’re not banned for the new season” is condescending nonsense. Also, I still am.

The trick here is that there was an actual exploit of the system, because there was a flaw in the programming, and some of the bigger accounts were able to withdraw significant amounts of Degen by using it. However, instead of tracing the problem back to those that exploited the system (something they have been very vocal that they would punish if they found this type of exploit), they instead created arbitrary rules to justify removing the tips earned by the artist community. If the max allowance is 10k per day, then how did some accounts tip out 900,000 in a 30 day season? Why aren't those tips the ones that are being invalidated?

no words , if this is true I m really disappointed , i ve not banned personally but I feel betrayed anyway i m great believer degen and fc but i have nt same trust anymore in @jacek and overall … i d appreciated more that they admit they had an issue then

There are obvious tip rings, tipping 25k+ (I thought the highest daily allowance was supposed to be 10k) from one to the next, without triggering the reciprocity check that @jacek applied to ban significant numbers of the artist community.
