There’s a lot of big brains here but as a smb owner who takes crypto (and luckily have not received any returns or chargebacks), if you run your business honestly it won’t be a huge problem 

There are a few packages that have gone missing that I’ve replaced - but generally I break even or just lose a tiny bit on replaced orders.

I havent gotten to the point where I’ve fired specific customers but I have no qualms doing that if it gets to that point

Well, I’m glad you think I’ll get to millions of dollars of sales nnI understand. My goal is to keep chargebacks under 2% of my total sales. I think I’ve probably had around 200 orders by now and only 2-3 needing to be replaced. I wonder if making crypto customers pay a bit extra for “insurance” would solve the problem nnBy that point if it ends up being like $200k in Ls I’ll figure out an internal solution
