On diet, I eat mostly healthy.
A lot of beans, nuts, seeds, berries, veggies, olive oil, and lean meat.
Minimize saturated fat, sugar, and highly processed foods.
But I will cheat 1-2 times a week for the aforementioned reason, ie, empirically diet isn’t *that* important when you are metabolically healthy. 1 reply
