founders, don’t add a token component to your product unless you actually have long term plans for it. I know short term gains are attractive, but the amount of founders who underestimated this aspect and lost sight of what really mattered is impressive.

where would you put BOO unlonely made 250k+ off it. No one was particularly mad, they made a bunch and the token might have utility in the future too
