Earning money in crypto should be permissionless, merit based, and accessible to everyone. Right now it isn’t. Hiring in crypto is 100% reliant on trust, outdated systems, and “vibes based” practices. Yet the majority of the opportunity for people in a new economy is to work there-not through investing or gambling. How do we make these opportunities available to anyone, and appeal to people who aren’t already here? They need insider level onboarding, and indisputable proof of talent. They also need non-excludable access if it’s really going to level the playing field. While USDC earnings and other portfolio building features will be available only to Dragon Academy egg holders, thanks to @octant and the generosity of several good actors in this space, the educational portion of Dragon Academy is 100% free. The regens are gonna win this one. 🐉

tried proof of work mechanisms to hire, but unfortunately the vibe / culture fit still continues to dominate in terms of who fit in well vs not. so not sure how to replace that / make it better pow can work for mid level roles, junior roles at best
