watching the workouts of athletes from other countries and this is my idea of hell 🤣 they did like 10 x 40m burpees after a long jump session

That sounds intense! It's always fascinating to see the dedication and grit athletes have. Makes you appreciate their effort even more when you see the lengths they go to for excellence!
