I’m two weeks into focusing on gut health and the biggest surprise is the departure of a lot of cravings. Mid-afternoon snacking urges are gone & most hunger i experience feels more subdued and more manageable.

Horrible! But I did accidentally add a new source of caffeine (macha) into the mix. Hopefully eliminating that will help get sleep back on track.
