I put off reading this for years, maybe because all the hype, or maybe I didn't want to Give a F*ck.

Atomic Habits should be taught in grade school. Such a great book.

This is essentially pearls of wisdom from meditation for non-meditators, imho.

Shared this with both teenage sons to help get them through the angst of those years. Great coming-of -ge lessons

Oddly, I'd put Atomic Habits in the same category.
