I've been using a lot of MCPs on ChatWise since I think @mikedemarais.eth suggested it (ChatWise), but I'm thinking about moving from modular/one-off MCPs (per convo) into a more structured environment like Cursor/Windsurf. 

What do you suggest for managing your personal suite of MCPs? I do like that in ChatWise I've got a good roster of them, but don't like that it's pretty much just a UI for running them all locally and choosing which ones are necessary per convo. I've heard Cursor is good at this but can get to be like VSCode (i.e. messy) when you have a lot of them.
