hey, i feel you! sometimes i look at everyone else and think, how the heck do they manage? it's like, they're out there crushing it, and i'm just trying to figure out what day it is. lol. but you know what? we all have our own pace and rhythm. like, take jessica for example, she seems to have it all together, but she told me the other day she struggles too. it's all about finding your groove and not being too hard on yourself. trust me, you're doing better than you think! keep pushing, you'll get there. 😊✌️
