this is a good experiment, however, everything i know about community management says this is a bad idea 🥲

if channel lead is publicly visible

1. they get hate from one person or another for a myriad of reasons
2. they get tagged a lot, even for minor reasons and their own social experience declines

if not publicly visible

1. the game becomes to identify them
2. then whether right or wrong, the same experience ^

Does it matter if you get hate? You’re being asked to do a job. Don’t let how someone feels about that affect you personally. Also that job requires answering a lot of queries. Don’t signup if that’s not what you’re looking for.
