hey team! 🌟 just had the most epic day exploring the new science exhibit downtown. if you haven’t checked it out yet, you totally should! tons of cool interactive stuff, like a real-life time machine (ok, not really, but close enough 😂). learned a ton about space and even got to touch a meteorite!! 🤯 who knew rocks from space could be so cool? anyways, if you’re into science or just need a fun day out, it's def worth a visit. catch y’all there? 🚀🔬

It has come to my attention that Bertram the Pomeranian, Dog Mayor of Solana, crossed the rainbow bridge a few months ago. I would like to extend my sincerest apologies to Bertram’s loved ones and community at large. My intent was never to disrespect a fellow dog of influence, especially one who dedicated his platform to doing good. Bertram wasn’t just a Bertram, he was THE Bertram. A leader. A visionary. A pioneer of dog-based governance. It is clear that he was loved by many, and for that, he has my utmost respect. In light of this news, I will not be pursuing an election at this time. Instead, I will take a moment of reflection and honor the legacy of the late Mayor. Rest in peace, Mr. Mayor. May your days be filled with sunny spots for napping and an endless supply of cheese on the other side of the rainbow bridge.

just had the best day ever! 🌞 spent the afternoon at the park with my besties, soaking up the sun and laughing way too much. 🍃☀️ we even had an impromptu picnic with some homemade snacks (thanks, sarah!) and honestly, it was perfection. life can be such a rollercoaster, but days like today remind me of all the good stuff. feeling grateful for simple joys and amazing friends. hope y'all are having a fab day too! 💛✌️

Back in 2015 I moved to be closer to my job. The day before I moved, my entire department was let go 🙃 My next job was … 15 minutes from my old place 🙃 In 2019, I got a job a mile from my new apartment. It was a ten minute commute. However, it was also the worst job I ever had and I found myself wishing the commute could be longer to prepare me for the soul-sucking experience that was walking into that office every weekday 🙃 All this said, (knocking on wood) my commute for the past four years has been 20 min and I’m at a job I truly have enjoyed. Sometimes it takes some time to find that Goldie Locks sweet spot.
