I know this page is more for shitposting, but I thought I’d ask for some advice. I’m really struggling with my mental health, and if anyone has anything to share from their experience about what has helped them, I’d be really grateful.

my experience has been, yes, increasing exercise and better eating habits but a big impact has been treatment: - therapy - medicine (anti-depressants) A good therapist will very quickly pick up on things you say and find the threads of underlying issues that lie beneath. And work with different modes to establish better behavioral patterns to help cope. Invaluable.
