Kind of. I was thinking 0 collateral though lol.

Probably too naive. But there are probably 100 people in /success who I would feel comfortable loaning a couple hundred bucks. 

I think that a system could be built around that, maybe. Idk.

On PWN any token can be a collateral - so you can even have a tokenized representation of reputation which you may be using, a membership NFT, even a blank NFT if you will. 

While there technically still is a token involved, its meaning depends on the community context.
