I am in Paris right now, yeah that was my current reference. But whenever I travel in the US it’s the same. I don’t really go other places than Europe and US though

How do you define healthier when comparing Californians and French (or Italians)? More fit or in general?

I cannot speak about French, but for Italians:
food: there is really no competition, Italy wins hands down 😉
exercise: I would say they are almost the same, maybe more "gym bro" in cali
sleep: Italians don't have the sleep hours obsession I see in the US, they just sleep and don't care
habits: too long to analyse
drugs: fentanyl is a real crisis in cali, in general I see more drugs addicted (especially stimulants) people in cali
