France has a rule of land but you get nationality at 18 and have to have lived 5 years on the French soil. Agree it’s not America level, but it’s also more permissive than diagram suggests

would be a better way tbh. the birthright loop hole for foreigners to anchor themselves in America via their children is not a net positive
