do you guys realize how wildly lucky most of us are to be “knowledge workers”? it grants us the benefit of working remotely, not worrying about slowing down physically, engaging with innovation, and accessing better earning potential and flexibility to pursue our own interests. please don’t take it for granted.

I'm a developer, and it's not lost on me that being a dev between 2010 & 2030 is a golden piece of luck. Today, many more people study it in school, and soon AI will replace a lot of devs, but in that period SWEs were gods that made the machines do magic for crazy margins. grateful!
