Has anyone here worked with a performance coach? I’m interested but not sure where to start…

I worked with an executive coach for about 9 months. I started the process just by letting people in my network know I was interested in getting one and the areas of development I wanted to focus on. A couple months later someone I trusted got back to me with an intro. What're you interested in focusing on?

Improving consistency. In particular my A game is great, but I am unhappy with my C game (off days).

Nice. That makes perfect sense. If you're interested I can ask a friend who coaches new founders on fundraising if she knows someone who'd be good for consistency? Idk how much it would resonate with you, but I also really like digesting Matt Mochary for performance tips. His recent Tim Ferriss appearance is great.

I hope you are kind enough to yourself on off days. Sometimes we just need rest. Dr. Stanley Beecham authored a book called Elite Minds. Huberman Lab is a great podcast and covers performance. Also Allyson offers 30m chats at no cost if you want to explore a discussion! https://www.allysonmalone.com/about
