Coach yes but not specifically for performance. In general I'd always recommend thinking about what you wanna get out of it and interviewing 2-4 different ones.

Once you have the criteria I'd just Google (cause then you get the ones with the specialisation and the profiles) and go via reviews (ideally peers)
