Channel member migration plan

1. Last week, we previewed the upcoming channel changes

2. We want to ensure that existing channels have a set of members on Day 1

3. We’re proposing automatically converting active followers → members for channels.

4. We’re optimizing for something straightforward and pragmatic, not perfect.

5. We’re looking for feedback on this proposal.

I like the idea tbh, it should be good, but not perfect.

Will admins be able to remove users after this?
There will /possibly/ be bots and shit in the channel followers
