I really enjoy Warpcaster as a platform and community, it's far superior in functionality to Tw*tter and the Meta one, but I can't help but struggle with the oversaturation of tech / Crypto / NFT engagement on here. I appreciate that's a key pillar of this platform and enjoy engaging with it, but are there any people just chatting shit and sharing creative projects that aren't Crypto or VC focused?

A 3D scan of his handsome face, converted to an .OBJ, meshed onto a (possibly quite known brand) 3D model and then 3D printed at 8K res by dubstep donny Sgt. If you're trying to build aerobic baseline then yep you want to keep your HR as steady as possible. Not sure if whatever you use to track it has heart rate zones but you want to avoid spiking it if you're Zone 2 training (best for baseline) Mix it up w/ laddered run days where you spike it on purpose ie. sprint / jog

Hey gang. New over here 👋 When I click a Farcaster frame I either get a link open that says "this is a Farcaster frame, what are you doing here?" or get a nonspecific error on any link I click. What am I missing here? None of these messages explain the issue, not very helpful for someone trying to learn.
