That's the problem i got with the border security folks is like lmfao why yall ain't want to fix the immigration issues that lead to people having to take actions in their own hands, and their answer is always some form of well we don't want em here in the first place

Also, anticommunisim, the first border laws are explicity anti communist

Has "border security" in the US ever been used for anything besides anti immigrant racism?

makes it really hard to have a genuine conversation when so many people conflate a desire for a secure border with racism
