2 of these (living alone and owning a home) are directly attributable to unaffordability. the other 2 (marriage and children) i think ive seen many independent surveys of young people where the consensus is "we don't wanna do that bc we make no money and can't afford to build a better life". id say it's prolly that.

Statistics say in 2023 it would cost a quarter of a million dollars to raise a child to 18, I can't believe anyone wants to question why no one's having kids lmfao
