throw away your greens powders and make greens cubes for your smoothies instead kale + spinach + swiss chard add a touch of water if the mix gets too thick (or add cucumbers) > cheaper > more nutrients (fresh >>>) > no additives or sweeteners (better taste) > can make your own mix > FIBRE i spent ~$7 and made 34 cubes (17 servings, about ~30g of greens total) you can really enhance the nutrient profile and benefits by adding any of the following: moringa powder, spirulina, fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, ashwagandha powder

Pretty good what do U think of recent research that liquid food like this isn't as good as solid food that chews they already know juices are lot worse but maybe greens like this are not so bad 30 $DEGEN

if we're thinking of the same research, it's that liquid food doesn't trigger the same satiety or prepare-to-digest signals as solid food (proprioceptive feedback from chewing is important for saliva production and a bunch of other digestive things) but...liquid foods are easier to digest since they're broken down partially from blending. and if you make just one serving of your smoothie, you can't over indulge. so the effect of having one meal blended or whole is probably negligible juice is a completely different thing because you're actually removing all the fibre and other parts of that produce which decreases the bioavailability of a bunch of nutrients. juice is pretty much vitamin water tbh. smoothies don't remove anything!
