7:30 AM - get out of bed 10:30 PM - get in bed for resetting to this, take a bunch of melatonin at 10:00 PM or pull an all-nighter (all-dayer for you) and stay up until 10:30 PM, then go to sleep aiming for a golden ratio of sleep:waking & watching the sunrise

solid! this was mostly advice to myself also caught in the momentum & trying to fix. went to bed at 5am and woke up at 2pm today >.<
