there’s no easy way to fix my sleep schedule so i set up a dentist appointment at 10am tomorrow out of desperation

7:30 AM - get out of bed
10:30 PM - get in bed

for resetting to this, take a bunch of melatonin at 10:00 PM or pull an all-nighter (all-dayer for you) and stay up until 10:30 PM, then go to sleep
