it was the entire product. and the pitch was something like: computers are slow. getting a new faster computer every year is too expensive so pay is $20 a month to run chrome in AWS for you that feels like a slightly shittier version of chrome that’s already on your macbook. and the other side of the coin was people in developing countries who can’t afford a new macbook can just pay $20/mo to have a fast chrome in the cloud 🤡

+1, it was a bad product, also really bad security design. One point of failure for every single user's accounts/passwords/etc.
