I had exactly the same problem. The only thing I did was time management. For instance, I deleted social networks and tried to be more focused. Also, I tried my hardest to stay away from negative news so that time management wouldn't go out of control. It's a bit tough at first, but gradually it gets betterπ±ποΈ

I used to think that until I listened to the pod on indiehackers with Galloway. He has 20 best sellers and 8k blogs published. Time isnβt what you need. Just need to do less and be more aligned to your values. Iβm focused on that myself. Playing super long term games. Did I help artists today? Nope, going to keep trying.
