People without sleep issues don't understand how awful it is. It's so frustrating to think about what I could accomplish if I wasn't tired all the time π Maybe someday we'll get treatment options that actually work.

the more i try to focus on sleep the more anxiety i get and canβt fall asleep lol. adhd brain is a curse

l-theanine + inositol + magnesium glycinate or can just try one at a time, but it's a good stack for sleep and calming the nerves side note, a lot of people have magnesium deficiency and should be supplementing
