People without sleep issues don't understand how awful it is. It's so frustrating to think about what I could accomplish if I wasn't tired all the time π Maybe someday we'll get treatment options that actually work.

Sorry to see this, you must be exhausted. Maybe try to find the cause of it. Avoid caffeine and get some blue light cut glasses. Another thing that helped me before was doing HIIT and in the end sauna-cold bath. Hope you can improve it!

jesus sorry dude. I used to get absolute crap sleep, waking up exactly 90 minutes after I actually got to sleep then up for hours. fortunately broke that cycle.
