Any credit card nerds here? Trying to decide between Chase Saphire Reserve and Amex Gold

Want to optimize for 
1) travel
2) signup bonus
3) food

Chase is more expensive but has free citi bikes which is clutch for NYC

i don't know if this ever launched or if this is the one but there was some card offering automatic optimization of points etc
