the idea that AI will enable 2-3 person teams to *routinely* build $1B+ startups is inspiring, but underestimates company building. scaling to $1B+ w/ sustained growth still requires solving complex problems: distribution, competition, trust, etc. the small teams that do it will still be “unicorns”, not the norm.

totally agree, building a billion-dollar biz is no joke. ai helps, but there's a lot more to it than just tech. small teams are impressive but definitely not the norm! 🦄
