Edge market example: nytimes.com/2022/10/15/dining/private-restaurant-clubs-nft-reservations.html These will seem bad at first (“tickets for restaurants?!”), but once the players adapts to new incentives, we’ll see more diverse, niche experiences and be glad for the change (“restaurants used to be so bland!”
