1. the un-blinding problem is unsoluble with psychedelics
2. the FDA doesn't regulate therapy yet this solution is called MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for a reason
3. Most advisory board member have no knowledge of psychedelics

I was at the inter-disciplinary conference for psychedelic research in NL when this bomb dropped. I spoke to Rick Doblin who was nevertheless confident it'll get approved

This truly was a devastating blow to the industry and to MAPS. I was shocked at the news. I fear it will take a while to recover. The FDA is not prepared to deal with psychedelics as medicine.
