i think juicebox is best for larger projects that are a bit more coordinated and purposefully decentralized

locking lp doesn't require a raise

and bundling and sniping can still happen with juicebox or party model, just happens at time of LP getting added, and is more expensive 

trust is powerful, even if we should also build systems that are trustless 

and yes you can always leave aside ETH from a raise as a backstop

nah, you can leave x% in the project always accessible to token holders and launch an LP alongside. not mutually exclusive.

a few reasons this model isn’t popular:
- open sale, no way to bundle/snipe
- less profitable for the person launching the coin, requires leaving part of the raise for redemptions
- you need to trust the project creator to launch the LP, no one has built a contract-managed JB that auto-deploys a pool (yet)
