library (book) cards - public record of who checked out what book, condition they returned it in, list of books I've checked out, can see what other people are reading, transparent checkout queue.

I do like the idea of a personal index or archive that I could auto update according to what I’m reading, watching, working on. Could synch it with my web2 accounts and mint reviews, keep a public notebook 📝
