a few ideas: 
- tip people with 'bounty streaks' or power bountycasters, same goes for people who have completed many bounties. 
- tip people paying for work outside of the bountybot ecosystem, good marketing and you can leave a note encouraging them to use the system
- tip people for content about bounties
