I was ~90% sober 2024, only occasional social drinking incredible clarity of mind, but but couldn't cut coffee

coffee is the one that i feel most βmehβ about. it doesnβt feel as critical. the other ones are tools that my unconscious uses to numb feelings that i need to feel in order to integrate coffee is just a motivator and a treat and i also love the idea of leaving a 10% for degenerate playfulness and fun
