the most generative constraint for me personally has been not having a lot of money really glad I did NOT hit some huge win on memecoins, I've seen a couple people who I see as talented "could build something" types do this and they haven't shipped anything embrace your conditions, capital is a tool. if its available to you, use it. if its not, forget about it. whatever perfect idea you have that requires a ton of capital is probably not so great actually. i might even argue taking the $ away will probably force you to be more realistic and to execute. when I think about funding I think about removing the basic barriers to focusing time and attention on a problem, not racks on racks

this seems like something unique to the crypto industry. so many rich individuals who just stopped shipping, while AI folks are out there grinding like crazy for a $1k revenue. the same also applies to so many crypto companies that raised tons of $, but just stopped experimenting.

I’m so used to my normie social circle where no one has money, but everyone is ambitious and grinds in their respective domains They just aren’t doing start ups so we don’t have a whole mythology and mindset industry shilling what they’re doing Funny to me
