i had an awesome debate just now with a couple of folks i consider 🐐 onchain investors (they're on farcaster, btw)

crux of the debate was:

do you think Farcaster's growth to 1M DAU will be because of onchain dynamics (economic incentives)? or in spite of it?

i come down strongly on the side of "because of"

not a single doubt in my mind: because of it 

we'll get to a point on FC where people are just sharing their lives in open & cool ways, but we need to kick start it. obvious path for that is getting onchain natives here and earning (showing up everyday)

and then make them feel lame for only posting ham frames 😂
