I’d stake x/monthly and take any slashes per month based on some rating system. 

Good users can roll over their stake. Bad users get slashed.

Anything that gets slashed would go to an ecosystem initiative like a moderation panel or development fund.

Why are we so worried about moderation? Is their data showing a reduction in active user engagement? Or is it just a vibe
