Aristotle's Eudemian Ethics.

(There are two recorded Ethics by Aristotle, and this is the far less famous one. I've read the other – Nicomachean Ethics – 10-15 times, but never this one. It's been fun so far to see the similarities and differences)

This weekend I read a small chapter in Aristotle that utterly shocked me. 

I could hardly believe it was Aristotle saying it, I went into the Greek to make sure it was not mistranslated. 

Like a light flicking on, it helped me to give clear form to an intuition that has turned inside me for years.
