fantastic thread with a lot of insomnia/sleep advice and also just general camaraderie > exercise yourself past fatigue > let your brain have "play time" before bed > put on a quiet tv show you're familiar with + night shift (my go-to) > if you can, shift your schedule to meet a delayed circadian rhythm > make sure you aren't hungry (keep snacks next to your bed) > bed time routine hours before actual bed time (so you can just crash when you get tired) > no social media/overstimulating activities before bed i also learned about "revenge bedtime procrastination" which i most definitely do 😇 https://www.reddit.com/r/ADHD/comments/1f5ioxz/can_anyone_with_adhd_actually_sleep/
