Listened to the whole thing. Now I want a big fluffy brain, but I donβt know how to reconcile the sleep thing. Itβs tough for me to get more than 5-7 hours, but I will keep working at that in earnest. It was nice to get some validation regarding my running / exercise habits. Lol that big fluffy brain sounds wonderful indeed π. I think the sleep bit is an important one and I think the amount of hours personally isn't as important as getting quality sleep. There have been times I get 8 hours and have felt like garbage still but other times when I sleep 6 hours I can function well. I think it's not so much the number but getting quality deep restful sleep.
