frames with cool stats about profiles are great. i love stats. but, i can't help but think if it adds pressure on us to be constantly casting / engaging / seeking validation bc we have easy-to-use tools to see how well(or not) our profile is doing. how can we shift this mindset and use stats positively?

im not saying we didn't already do this with twitter or IG or tiktok, but people are collectively building something far better here. so i ask again, how can we shift this mindset and put stats to better use?
