I'm 45 now, but 38 was the hardest age. Then I really started to feel different. 30, 35,40. Those didn't bother me.  I've heard that from others also. No idea why though!

i can agree about 30 not affecting me at all. maybe, just maybe, it was bc it was when covid had just begun and i wasnt really thinking about the number, more so just grateful to be alive and with family.
