switching to decaf to see how it affects my daily life.

day 2: very low on energy. took a short nap in the afternoon. was awake till 2:30am.

day 3: no naps. energy was good. stayed up till 2am. clearly seeing that caffeine wasn’t the issue and i was right(?)

day 5: i think i may have chosen the wrong time period to switch to decaf considering how this weekend has been for crypto 😭

day 1: i do not like the aroma of the instant coffee i chose. at all.

Hoping this works for you. I failed spectacularly at switching to decaf . In fact I started drinking MORE Celsius.

Yesterday was my Day 1. I'm sticking to herbal teas though. I don't know if I have it in me to drink decaf coffee.
