What's your set up for astrophotography like this?

nothing fancy. i shot this in 2019 using a 6 year old nikon D800 w/ a sigma 24mm f1.4 lens. i had a triggertrap device attached instead of using a remote to trigger the shots/timelapse. setup was on a vanguard veo travel tripod with a ball head.

the lens isn’t the best one to shoot astro with because it causes distortion in the edges.
